My class began at 11:00 am today.I continued with my chemistry portions .My topic of teaching was oxygen from the chapter  "Non-metals" .I introduced about the basic information about oxygen such as its symbol, atomic number, electronic configuration etc.Thereafter,I went on to discuss about Joseph Priestly, who discovered oxygen with the help of an activity card.I also tried to give them additional information regarding the term "oxygen"  that it is derived from the word "oxygene".Finally,I concluded by generalising about the importance  of oxygen  and its abundance in different regions.

Today's second teaching session began by 11:30 am as I taught about the preparation of oxygen. For this,I relied on experimental videos to convey the students regarding the preparation of oxygen in laboratory.Thereafter , I tried to demonstrate the process of combustion and decomposition through videos.Today's class ended up with a warm note as it marked the end of our peer teaching sessions.

Overall, our peer teaching sessions went very well as it yielded each one of us with innovative ideas and ways for presenting a concept. Each class was informative as well as prepared .Each fellow taught the others new and unique ways of delivering a concept.
