 22/2/2021                                                                                                                                   Monday

Today,I began a new lesson from chemistry - "Non-metals".My topic was "hydrogen ".My class started at 11:00 am with a warm up exercise while I gave a brief introduction of what is to be taught in the class. Also,by introducing about the abundance of hydrogen and few  examples of hydrogen compounds,I moved on to the detailed explanation of  hydrogen and its preparation through experimental videos. Finally,I ended up the lesson àasking questions on the concepts learned and further assignment of a follow up activity.

My second class was arranged at 11:30 am when I taught about the reactions of hydrogen. It is during this class that I taught about the combination and decomposition reactions.I relied on experimental videos to explain these concepts, following which I taught about merits and demerits of hydrogen a a fuel.As the topic was bit lengthier,it took much time to convince the students. The lesson ended up with an assignment given to them. The class winded up around 12:05 am.
